Ketchikan Mechanical is currently seeking a full-time Office Assistant to join our team! This position is responsible for all accounts receivable, work order management, business travel arrangements and oversees all customer “first contact” activities including answering phones, greeting customers, and attending to customer requests for assistance. The ideal candidate will have six months of clerical experience; effectively uses basic office software including Word, Excel and Outlook. Pay starting at $14.50 – $16.50 hr/DOE with a competitive benefits package. High school diploma or GED, driver’s license and vehicle required. Position closes Monday, May 8th, 2017 @ 4pm.
